Problems with eBay chat...
Good evening.
I have been a customer for many years with Ebay. But for a few months now I have had a problem with the chat...
I have not been able to contact a chat operator for several days, always being told "that at the moment we are not available. Try another channel..." or call the number 02, etc... and honestly, I find this shameful. For a deaf-mute person like me, troubles like this should not exist! To call by phone, what do you think I can do?! Nothing! It seems clear to me! So, I ask Ebay to reactivate the chats with real human operators and not little ghosts that only do advertising!

honestly, I’ve never had any problem chatting with a human being on eBay.
Of course you need to do it during opening hours, that is:
"We invite you to contact us during office hours:
Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m."
