Problems with creating the listing

Hi, I'm new to this platform, I managed to create a listing but I noticed there was no bank account so I added it and up to that point everything was fine, the next day I try to create a new listing, I complete the price and rates section everything perfect, when I click on put up for sale at displayed rates it tells me that I need to verify my account details, I go to verify them all especially the e-mail it had told me to verify, I go back to sell at displayed rates and it still tells me to verify my details I've done this more than 20 times and nothing I've waited another day but nothing. If someone knows whether it's a problem because the e-mail maybe is wrong for some reason it must be the bank account one, or a system problem, or if it's because I absolutely have to do everything from a PC because at the moment I'm on mobile but still with the desktop version. Please if you know what I should do reply to me, thanks.
