problems with returns
Hello, I bought a set of socket wrenches, I want to return it because it does not match the description and because one accessory is defective.
For three days now I have been trying to return the item but the system won’t let me complete the return as the box for the refund under "confirm the return" does not light up.
Can you suggest a solution, also because I can’t manage to contact eBay to explain my problem.

Mentore2 years agoIf you can't complete the procedure, clearly some information is missing... for example, did you attach any photos of the non-conformity?
To complete it, it is mandatory.
