“I have an order that’s been paid for for 24 hours that shows up only under ‘Orders’ and not under ‘Sales in progress’. The label isn’t being generated, I can’t use custom shipping, and the order is stuck in ORDER_PLACED status. Please unblock it or authorize the shipment right away.”

If it only shows up in orders, how can you be sure it was paid?
