Issues with returns
I bought an item without logging in with my account.
Now I need to make a return but I can't complete all the steps because the item I bought doesn't appear in my account history. And if I try to make the return from the delivery email, it asks me to enter my account and password and the problem is always the same.
clearly the seller isn't replying to me. What can I do?
