Problems with shipping costs
Good morning, I have been selling items on eBay in various European countries for many years and I have never had to pay shipping costs higher than €15. I have just sold a model car that is going to Malta. I had already sold to Malta in the past and had paid around €13, but now it only gives me one shipping option through DHL and it would cost me more than €60.
Why is this?
What should I do?
I had already sent the buyer the invoice charging him €15

I see that Packlink is offering Poste’s international Crono on eBay at prices that are definitely lower……
Are you sure you didn’t get the dimensions or weight wrong?

OP1 year agonow I tried again and the international chrono option also appeared at €12.14 so everything has been resolved.
