Problems with the seller
Good evening, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra on September 5, 2025, unfortunately to date I am experiencing many problems, including the touchscreen often not working, the display near the camera has turned black, the battery lasts half as long, I tried contacting the seller on eBay with no response at all, I contacted eBay customer support, and they are not helping me, I don't know what to do

Mentore1 month agoYou bought it from a seller based in Hong Kong, so it has no warranty.
What can you do?
Either you repair it at your own expense or you take it to the dump and buy a new one... but in Europe, at least you can have the legal warranty!
