Return problems and therefore the refund
I have 1 problem with returning 1 item, I sent the item back to the seller with Italian Post without the Ebay label, it turns out that the sender has not received the item and therefore cannot issue the refund, how should I proceed?

OP1 year agoI went to check the shipment on the Poste Italiane website, which I used to send the package, it says that the package has been delivered to the seller's address, so the seller has the return, but eBay can't issue the refund and keeps the fees, the seller is blocked by eBay, which keeps the fees and can't issue the refund, what a mess

Mentore1 year agoThe seller can absolutely issue the refund, as long as they follow the correct procedure; it would be absurd for eBay to block the refund. It’s possible that eBay will still keep the fees because it didn’t handle the dispute promptly, but if you ask eBay to step in, you’ll be refunded anyway, and at the seller’s expense

Mentore1 year agoIf you opened the correct procedure on ebay, followed it carefully, indicating the correct shipping number and courier, and tracking shows it as delivered, ask ebay for help.
If you did it differently... and the package doesn’t show as delivered... it’ll be hard to get a refund.

OP1 year agoI followed the procedure for the refund, but as soon as I got to the point where I had to pay for the return label I stopped, I went to the post office and sent the package, indicating the recipient's address and package number, on eBay I didn't do anything else because it wouldn't let me enter the tracking number, it only gave me the option to buy the return label provided by eBay
