display issues with the phone app

Good morning everyone, I would like to ask those who know and can answer me how to fix the app on my phone. Suddenly it stopped working properly, it no longer lets me enter the pages as before and it also prevents me from viewing items I’ve purchased.

If I tried deleting it and reinstalling it, what problems could I run into?

What information would I need to keep in order to log back in, username or email address? Password?

Would I lose my purchase history and everything else?

Good morning,your purchase history is not lost if you uninstall the app... the fact that with the same login details, you can do it on a PC too proves it.Obviously, the details you need to remember are the login ones... user ID and password.Kind regards.
