Problems during the grouping of a shipment

Hi, I asked a seller to combine 3 items into one shipment.
The problem is that he only combined 2 of them for seemingly no reason, since all 3 would fit easily in a letter envelope, but not only that, for those two, if he had shipped them separately I would have saved 10 cents. So I would like to cancel the order but I can't, it says I have to contact eBay support. I don't know who I should write to, I haven't found a link anywhere. What can I do?
PS: the seller doesn't respond to messages
