good morning, I signed up for posta 1 pro service with credit account, I filled out the form and delivered the letters to the post office on 14/03/2024 around 11:00, since I still hadn't received the envelopes the post office employees put the letters in a little box with the form and stamped my copy of acceptance, on the letters since I didn't have the posta 1 pro stamps they put on the regular posta 1 ones which they said are fine anyway, as of today 18/03/2024 the tracking is still inactive, can anyone tell me how long it takes for my letters to be processed?

OP2 years agothe problem is that they don't even know themselves, I wanted to know whether any user has had a problem similar to mine
