Return problem
Good morning. Last week I bought a vinyl in "excellent condition," paying about €8.50 in total. The vinyl arrived much more scratched than it looked in the photos, to the point that it can’t be listened to. I contacted the seller, who told me:
- it said NOT TESTED in the listing (not true, I have screenshots as proof. When I pointed that out to him, his response became "I had few characters, but I wrote it somewhere")
- for €3, what does she want? I’ll refund that amount, but not the shipping (I bought other vinyl records cheaply and none had these problems)
- it was my daughter who entered "Excellent condition," you’re calling her fraudulent. (In my reply I simply pointed out that his was a fraudulent listing, since the product did not match the description).
What should I do? I’m getting fed up, but I don’t want to let it slide. It’s not a matter of money, but of behavior.
