Refund issue
Hi, I put a book up for sale more than a year ago and, not using eBay anymore because of very poor sales, in the meantime I changed my card. Someone bought a book, paid, and is requesting a refund. I personally haven’t received a penny because I have a different card, how do I issue a refund?
