Italian Post tracking site issues
Hello everyone, I'm having problems with a package sent to Malta with Poste International Standard that on the Poste Italiane website still shows in Milan after 4 days when in reality it arrived in Malta 3 days ago, how can I fix this problem? (I've already contacted both eBay and the post office and both say it's not their problem, and the buyer confirmed the arrival in chat)

Mentore2 years agoIf the package has arrived, what would the problem be then?
There’s no need to know that the package has been delivered in order to release your funds; since you’re a new seller, they were blocked regardless for at least 15 days.
