Label printing issues
Good evening, this is the first time I've sold on eBay
The buyer made the payment including shipping costs, but when I click to print the label, it’s as if I also have to pay for the shipping
In the details afterwards though, it doesn’t show up
What can I do?

Mentore3 weeks agoHave you read how ebay works? Apparently not...
Not all marketplaces are the same, if the buyer pays you for shipping, it’s obvious you should then pay it yourself!
