Issues with eBay shipments
Good morning, I’m a private seller, until Ebay introduced the new rules everything was fine for shipping, I used Packlink
now the problem is that I can get into the Packlink platform but it won’t let me pay either by card or with Paypal like I used to
before, Ebay labels are a bit cheaper but they don’t offer the service that Packlink gave, like insurance coverage that you could also
pay extra for based on the value, changing a user address (recipient) at your own risk, etc etc, in addition when using the Brt service the user also received emails to
redirect the shipment to a Brt point, with ebay this doesn’t happen and so with 40 cents more I can use Packlink but it won’t let me pay
tried more brousers from the app etc etc I hope it’s a temporary problem, advice welcome, Thanks
