Return procedure
Good day.. yesterday I received the item I purchased, but due to a size error I have to return it.. I made the request and it was accepted, but when requesting the label, something went wrong and the whole request was canceled... Now it tells me that the return request procedure has ended.... How do I restart the return?

Mentore1 year agoIf you closed the return process (it requires a specific action with confirmation), it won’t be possible to restart it.
