Return procedure closed by mistake
Good evening, I was starting the return process for an item I received damaged because of inadequate packaging by eBay International shipping... but by mistake I closed the process and now I can no longer reopen it. I should point out that no warning appeared telling me that closing the page would result in the case being permanently closed.
Can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks

Mentore3 weeks agoThey even put up a warning message saying that, if you confirm your wish to close the procedure, it won’t be possible to open another one later.
Now on eBay you can’t do anything else.
All you can do is try contacting the payment method you used (a dispute on PayPal or Klarna, or a chargeback on the credit card).
Unfortunately, unlike the eBay procedure, these methods require the buyer to pay for returning the item.
