Defective products
I bought control arms, connecting rods and ball joints with shock absorber support, boots and bump stops and a steering box for a Fiat 500.
I didn't go through eBay because I added other products to my order.
The parts arrived but some are defective. How do I proceed to access the product warranty if I paid for everything by bank transfer? Thanks

Mentore1 week agoYou need to take it up with the person you paid... outside of eBay... so, if you know you used a payment method banned on eBay, why are you asking here?
