Product purchased and as of today it has not arrived.
Dear eBay Company, on 25/01/24 I purchased some products, all of which arrived and were delivered except one, for which the order stated that delivery would be by 2/02/24. I would like to have some news regarding this. Thank you

Mentore2 years agoGiven that eBay is just a storefront and didn’t sell you anything, have you tried asking the seller directly or opening a report?

Mentore2 years agoeBay doesn’t sell anything, so you have to look up the shipping info yourself by checking the tracking (the one the seller entered into the system).
