Product purchased but not included in the orders
Recently I bought an item from the cart, a €200 transaction was completed, but the item was not moved from the cart to the "orders" section.
The money was taken without me actually receiving the item.
eBay refuses to give me a refund because it doesn’t see the item in "orders" and, as a result, can’t confirm that the purchase took place.
What could I do? Should I ask my bank to open a fraud chargeback against eBay?

OP10 months agoGood morning sika700, the purchase I made was not made either as a guest or from the website, but from the app.
The problem is that it took the money without giving me the item, it seems quite like a scam...

If you can’t find it among your purchases, you bought it as a guest, even from the app!
