Product arrives within the agreed terms on the purchase date.
I purchased an item. At the time of purchase, the latest delivery date was set for the end of the month, the order was placed more than fifteen days ago. Today the courier is asking me to confirm the date of November 7. Unfortunately I am not at home, or I would have to cancel an appointment made months ago. Can I ask ebey to cancel this purchase? Thanks

Mentore2 years agoOrdered 15 days ago and expected to arrive by the end of the month, that means the item comes from a foreign country and almost certainly has to go through customs. They didn’t give you an exact day, but a possible arrival window, since it’s almost impossible to determine the overall timing of multiple couriers and customs.
After the deadlines have expired, you can ask eBay for a refund, but, with the package tracking showing imminent arrival, they’ll ask you to be patient.
