Counterfeit product
Good morning everyone, I bought a Dyson Supersonic in 2021, and after 3 years I had a problem, I sent it in for repair to DYSON ITALIA, and they notified me that the product is counterfeit.
I should point out that at the time of purchase, the product appeared (apparently) perfect, I paid a fair price for it (about €40 less than the price at the time), it had arrived in a sealed package, and practically perfect with the original one.
What can I do? Is there any chance of getting a refund? Should I contact the Guardia di Finanza?
I wanted to contact eBay's toll-free number, but I can't find it anywhere.

Mentore1 year agoAfter three years, you can’t do anything anymore.
Be careful about going to the Guardia di Finanza... just as selling counterfeit goods is a crime, buying them is one too!
