counterfeit product
I bought a perfume that was advertised as original but unfortunately it arrived counterfeit, it’s not the original one. The seller obviously won’t accept the return, so I contacted eBay but they decided the product is not counterfeit..... so now I’ve spent money on a perfume that isn’t original, I can’t return it and eBay does nothing to protect me. Is this the guarantee this site provides? What can I do?

Mentore1 year agoDid you open a proper procedure for a non-conforming item?
Because eBay doesn't determine whether a perfume is genuine or not; if it's non-conforming for any reason, it simply forces the seller to take it back at their own expense.
If the seller is the last one who left you feedback, at that price none of the perfumes they sell can be genuine.
