counterfeit product
Hello, I bought a counterfeit product but I can't contact e-bay since the seller wants the product to be shipped with my pay pal personal details. So they don't want to move forward with the case

the seller cannot see your Paypal details, because you did not pay them directly but paid ebay.
If you have opened the correct return procedure, it is enough to request eBay's intervention:
Ask eBay to step in - buyers | eBay
