Product of India
Sorry, but on a product purchased in India for a purchase of 151 euros they’re asking me for 56 euros in customs fees, something nobody ever told me at the time of purchase? eBay? What does it do? Doesn’t it tell me this when I decide to buy? Are we kidding?

Mentore3 years agoWith all due respect, if you buy from a non-EU seller, it is YOU who need to know that you will face additional import fees... after all, it is YOU who are importing into Italy... not eBay!
Also, the seller cannot know who they will sell their item to in order to warn them of any additional costs!
Try taking a look at any other foreign listing that ships to Italy... do you perhaps find it written somewhere to pay attention to any customs duties?
Only if you buy from the UK or the USA and the seller uses GSP will you find it written there!
Kind regards.
