Good morning
I bought two mold-removal spray products for a total of 15.90 euros. yesterday the box arrived, and I could see that it was intact on all sides. Inside there were two boxes, one of which was completely wet. I noticed that the liquid had leaked out. I reported everything to the seller, also sending the photos and pointing out that from the reviews other people had had the same problem.
The seller wants to close the matter by refunding me 3 euros. How should I handle this.

Mentore1 year agoApri richiesta di reso per oggetto non conforme, se il venditore accetta e l'ordine prevedeva i due spray, dovrai restituirli entrambe:
