Defective product after 2 weeks
I bought some Nike Air Force shoes. After two weeks, the shoes are ruined. This makes me think they weren't original as the seller stated. I contacted the seller: no response. Asked eBay: impossible. Left negative feedback: it doesn't show up and the seller only has positive feedback. How should one deal with cases like this?

Mentore10 months agoRequest a return and refund for goods received that do not match what was shown in the listing (unless you were aware you were buying counterfeit goods).

If you don’t make any procedural mistakes, the seller will be forced to accept the return and the costs will be their responsibility.
