Product for sale but not available
Good morning,
I'm looking at an item that is for sale but will be available and delivered in May.
In these cases, if there were to be any problems, can I still enjoy all of eBay's protections?

On ebay, sales/purchases with shipping more than 40 days from the date of payment are prohibited.
