Product not arrived
Good morning, I ordered and paid for a product that never arrived
I filed a complaint with eBay and after days they replied that the seller stated the product was delivered
What can I do?

Mentore1 year agoIf the claim was closed in the seller's favor, it means that they provided tracking that shows as delivered to your address.
The only one who can help you is the seller; ask them for a copy of the waybill so you can verify that your address is correct.
If everything turns out to be in order, you need to file a complaint with the courier.
