Product not compliant, incorrect usage description
I purchased a product for a microcar, it arrived at the mechanic, but it did not match the description. I initiated the return process, but I am unable to print the return label, I can't contact the seller, and the message "an error occurred" keeps appearing. eBay customer service, terrible!!!

Remember that the item must not have been touched by the mechanic, meaning it must not have been installed, otherwise the seller could deduct part of the refund.
