Product not working under warranty

Hello, I have a controller purchased in October 2022 that the wind part is not working properly. I have been contacting the seller for several months, but without success. How can I return it and get a refund for the product?

You can't... if you bought from a professional EU seller, you can invoke the legal warranty... it will be up to the seller to determine whether it should be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

So look for the seller's information for direct contact... if the seller was a private individual or from outside the EU, it's easier to take it to the dump...
