Mentore2 years agoEBay can help you only in the event of non-conformity found when the item arrives. That’s why the eBay customer guarantee allows you to return it within 30 days of delivery.
For the legal warranty, which protects consumers for purchases made from professional sellers with a registered office in an EU country, you have to sort it out directly with the seller.
