Hello, as per the subject I bought a product, it consists of several plants worth about 65 euros from Sri Lanka on April 5, 2025, paid by card directly through eBay, shipped without tracking, after more than 40 days, I open a dispute for item not received, also because after 40 days if anything had arrived it would already be compost so probably to be thrown away. On June 16 the seller does not proceed with the refund but sends "without any request on my part" the products again, with a trackable shipment, meanwhile time passes and the request was closed for 21 days of inactivity, on July 11 I pick up the shipment at an Italian post office because the mail carrier when he passed 2 days earlier did not find anyone, I pay 11.50 euros in customs fees (according to tracking it is the second shipment). I get home, open the package and the product is completely deteriorated, unusable. What can I do?
