Hi, I sold a graded Pokemon card. The package arrived and through eBay messaging the buyer is calling me a scammer, showing me photos of the card I sold him. He claims it’s fake because it’s missing a design, but in reality the card is real and it’s a Lugia Burst Impact, while the one he was looking for was a Lugia Thunder Secret, which also has a fingerprint on the background. Too bad that in my listing and in the photos it says in big letters Lugia Burst Impact. I should point out that I don’t have refunds enabled, so technically he has to keep it. Has this happened to anyone? Should I contact eBay?
