broken perfume
I bought a perfume from a shop through the eBay platform. I don't know why, but it doesn't show up in my eBay purchases. Unfortunately it arrived broken, and the seller isn't responding to my requests for a refund or replacement, and I can't even leave negative feedback.

Mentore10 months agoTry seeing if you made the purchase without being logged in; you should still have received an order confirmation email.
