Proposal accepted with surprise
I purchased an item in England by placing a bid of 100 pounds + 15 pounds for shipping. However, when it came time to pay, I was asked for 122 pounds + 18.30 pounds for shipping. Why?

Mentore3 years agoWhy is VAT 22% in Italy and VAT has to be paid for every item imported from a non-EU country.
On arrival in Italy you’ll also pay customs duties (since you exceed the total of 150 euros), around 2-3% (unless they’re alcohol, for which a 16.5% duty is предусмотрato), and the courier’s fees (between 5 and 20 euros depending on the courier).
