Refund proposal after cancellation of return

Question

Hi everyone,I bought a product that does not match the described features. I started a return process, but the seller is offering to cancel it with the promise of issuing a full refund. From what I’ve read, once the return is canceled it can’t be opened a second time, and I’m afraid the seller won’t refund me the full amount or won’t refund me at all. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Thanks a lot in advance, everyone!

The seller can also refund you with the dispute open. If you close it, you put yourself in their hands.
