Proposals for Interested Buyers

Question

I received the instructions for submitting proposals as per the subject .....unfortunately I can't find the options SUBMIT PROPOSAL or ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS......question: what characteristics must the ELIGIBLE listings have, do I perhaps need to modify my Account ?? .....any other suggestions. You're welcome, but there isn't a tutorial... also because you can't know to whom you send proposals, you can only see it here:

in the "Send Offers - eligible" column, click on it, very intuitive, and follow the instructions, they are very clear...

Thanks a lot, I agree, but it’s obvious to me too .....I was talking about the practical procedure .....like go to ....select John Doe, etc .....that is, all those practical actions that lead to the formulation of Proposals for users .....a tutorial.

The listings, to be eligible for proposal submissions, must be viewed by users... if no one views them or looks at them, it's impossible to submit them... otherwise, to whom would you submit them?

Anyway, with only 6 listings, patience is needed...
