Purchase offers and non-payment
More and more often I receive purchase offers that I accept, without the sale being finalized and without any valid reason.
I would consider it fair to pay a deposit, proportionate to the price of the item being purchased, at the same time as making the offer.
It’s only fair to protect the buyer but also the seller.
