Purchase offers / discounts on listings
Is it a bug, or do purchase offers have a mandatory percentage? Before, when a buyer was interested in an item I had for sale, the discount percentage in the sale offer was free; now a preset minimum percentage appears (sometimes absurd, like 175%, etc.) that can't be changed.
