Purchase protection?
I haven't received 5 purchases from the same seller, but they are marked as delivered in short the first eBay operator when I asked for help told me that an eventual sworn statement would have been necessary the second said that the dispute had been closed with no appeal the third when I kept insisting told me that I would receive a refund for everything. but then I only received a minimal refund for just one of my orders. The fourth said that I wouldn't even have been entitled to that. . .the fifth didn't happen because they no longer answer me can someone help me? ...thanks

Mentore3 years agoHave the seller send you a copy of their shipping receipts.
The problem is that if those codes (which on the receipts correspond to packages sent to your address) are reported as delivered, you’re not entitled to a refund. If that’s the situation, you should take it up with the courier.
If instead the codes or address don’t match, you can appeal eBay’s decision.
