Complete shipping protection
Good morning,
if I do NOT purchase full shipping protection, in case the package is lost, will I be fully reimbursed for the value of the item?

Mentore1 year agoShipping protection only applies to the seller, if the buyer is protected by eBay's customer guarantee.
If you are the buyer, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the shipping service you choose (from those offered by the seller).
If you are the seller, read the carrier's terms carefully. Insurance does not always cover the full value for every type of item; sometimes the purchase invoice is needed to prove the item's value.

of course not... but the refund is at risk even if you buy the insurance... too much bureaucracy to satisfy and in most cases they will blame you for inadequate packaging.
