Try to contact the customer using the subject number

Good evening,I’m a sellerSince today I’ve been trying to send an eBay customer the item number of one of my products, so that they can view my listing to purchase it. I enter the item number, but right after that it sends me back to the messages section without letting me continue. Do you know how to fix this problem?Thanks

eBay’s Artificial Intelligence is not very smart and mistakes the listing number for a phone number.

Thinking that you want to send that number to make arrangements outside eBay, the AI blocks the message.

Try sending it the exact copy of the listing title.
