Can a buyer return the wallet after 30 days saying that "it got damaged from using it"?
A buyer, exactly on the 30th day after delivery, is asking me for a return for a damaged item, but the wallet was new with tags; after a month he says that after 2 days of use it got ruined, but a month has passed, not two days. How can I know it wasn't him who damaged it in his bag? The corners are scuffed

Mentore1 year agoHe probably mistook you for a professional seller, because you’re selling new items that, as a private individual — which is how you describe yourself — you wouldn’t be allowed to sell.

Mentore1 year agoIt depends on whether they just ask you or whether they opened an eBay or PayPal return procedure.
If the buyer, in the procedure, states that the product got damaged because it was defective and not due to normal wear and tear, you will be forced to compensate them and take back the wallet at your own expense.
