Pickup points
Good morning everyone.
When selecting the shipping address, the option to choose pickup points no longer appears.
My last purchase was 3 weeks ago and I hadn't had any problems.
Has anyone encountered the same issue?

Mentore8 months agoThe pickup point delivery option must be offered by the seller.
Not all shipping types are accepted by pickup points (large and heavy parcels, registered mail, etc…) and not all sellers are willing to use only suitable services.

Actually, I tried to simulate purchases from different sellers I had already bought from before (with pickup point), but the option was no longer available.
I usually buy books, so nothing special or bulky.
It’s very strange.

Mentore8 months agoIf the registered book parcel is expected, it is not possible for them to be sent to a pickup point.
