Pickup points
A simple question, but Ebay does check the work carried out by pickup points.
1 they sent me a pickup notice for a package different from the one I then picked up, so the moral is I’ll never know when the first package arrives
2 they never ask for ID, just give your first and last name
3 why can't you rate the pickup center in the feedback?

Mentore3 years agoEbay does not handle logistics. The fermopoint service is a BRT (Bartolini) service. If you have problems with these services, you need to contact them.
On the fermopoint website it says that an ID document and the pickup code are required, so much so that there is an authorization form if someone other than the package addressee is picking it up.
