Pickup points for multiple purchases

Hello, is it possible to select a pickup point after asking a seller for combined shipping for multiple items? Once the seller does "the bill" with shipping at checkout, I can’t figure out how to select a pickup point... is that not available?

No, the Pickup Point is only valid for individual purchases.
