eBay extra points reset to zero
Hello everyone.
Yesterday, suddenly, the eBay extra points I had accumulated were reset to zero, even though 60 days had not yet passed since I earned them. In fact, some were still pending, because they were less than 15 days old. Do you know what might have happened? Thanks
EDIT: I sent a message to eBay and after a day all the points were restored. There had been a technical issue.
