Ebay Extra points disappeared
Summary: claro10 noticed that the Ebay Extra points have disappeared. There are still no responses about it.
I noticed yesterday (24/05/2026) and today I got confirmation that my points (511 to be exact) have suddenly disappeared from my account.
yet they were valid points and over the last 60 days I made numerous regular purchases in accordance with the rules; last purchase on 13 May 2026 so 12 days ago.
I haven't received any communication about this from eBay and I don't understand the reason for the cancellation.
I wrote to eBay customer service hoping for a clear answer but I'm still waiting for a reply.
does anyone here have any information about this?
